Group will provide a certificate of insurance from such outside providers covering their actions and naming Hotel, the entity that owns the hotel, the entity that manages the hotel and their affiliates as additional insureds about their activities. See your Event Manager and refer to Hotel Policies and Procedures for further details. Ask your Event Manager for additional recommended vendors.
